Maintenance Troubleshooting Tips

Before submitting a Maintenance Request, please make sure you've tried the troubleshooting tips below. Many common issues can be resolved without needing a technician visit.

No Heat / No AC

Check your thermostat batteries and settings first, and confirm the breaker for the unit hasn't tripped.

Clogged Drain

Try a plunger before submitting a request — most minor clogs clear this way.

Garbage Disposal Not Working

Check for a reset button on the underside of the unit and make sure it isn't jammed.

No Hot Water

Confirm the water heater's pilot light or breaker is on before submitting a request.
